How much of a difference does 40 square feet make? That’s all we added to this San Jose Rancher but it sure improved its 1958 floor plan. With a little bump-out in the front, relocating and removing some interior walls, this new great room layout feels spacious. Plus, we even had room to enlarge the master bedroom by several feet. Our clients also asked us to “spruce up the outside a little too but without losing that country charm.” What do you think?
