Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)

What is an Accessory Dwelling Unit? An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) is a smaller, secondary house independent of the main house. They are also sometimes called in-law units, backyard cottages, or granny flats.

Why build an ADU? Most people do not have enough space and housing costs seem to be rising every day. If you need more living space for your family, a quiet area to work from home, or additional rental income - an ADU might be a great solution.

What sizes are available? We currently offer three different sizes. These three sizes generally meet the needs and constraints of most people. If you think an ADU is right for you, please contact us for a free consultation.
